Our beautiful Delta Salt is our version of trying to turn the clock back to when nutrition was rich in the soil & nutrients & minerals were easily passed to us through our food. Increasingly, this is not the case. Our diet is generally quite poor when it comes to many of the minerals we need to help us perform at our best. To that end we've created Delta Salt & Why's It So Spicy?! Delta Salt. 

Delta Salt uses high quality salt as a base which we combine with a blend of Milk Thistle & Stinging Nettle, both of which are packed full of micro-nutrients that are needed to nourish healthy bodies.

We know that this sounds strange, but what those two amazing plants can do is provide your body with a similar nutrient profile that was available in our local soil many years ago.

What we know is that the food we eat is, nutritionally speaking, not the same food that our grandparents ate.
