Our beautiful Delta Salt is our attempt to turn back the clock to a time when nutrition was rich in the soil. Back when nutrients & minerals were easily passed to us through our food. Increasingly, this is not the case. Many diets are generally quite poor when it comes to many of the minerals we need to help us perform at our best. To that end we've created Delta Salt & Why's It So Spicy?! Delta Salt. 

Delta Salt uses high quality Redmond Real Salt as a base which we combine with a blend of Milk Thistle & Stinging Nettle, both of which are packed full of micro-nutrients that are needed to nourish healthy bodies.

We know that this sounds wild, but those two amazing plants can provide your body with a similar nutrient profile to that found in our local soil many years ago.

What we know is that the food we eat is, nutritionally speaking, not the same food that our grandparents ate.
