Delta Salt is our love letter to the way food used to be—when soil was richer, nutrients were plentiful, and nobody had to Google “why am I tired all the time?” While we can’t rewind farming history, we can make a better salt.

So we did.

Delta Salt starts with Redmond Real Salt, a high-quality, mineral-rich salt, and gets upgraded with a thoughtful blend of Milk Thistle and Stinging Nettle - two plants traditionally valued for their impressive micronutrient profiles.

Yes, it sounds a little wild.
No, it’s not random.

These plants offer a nutrient spectrum similar to what used to exist naturally in local soils before decades of intensive farming reduced mineral availability in food crops. The result is a salt blend that’s flavorful, interesting, and rooted in place.
