Also, we use as many locally grown and responsibly harvested plants as we can. When we need to buy an ingredient that doesn't grow here (oils, preservatives, cinnamon, vanilla, etc), we make sure to buy the best we can find that also aligns with our ideals. We put our money where our mouth is regarding supporting small businesses all across the globe. Since we have the choice, we make our purchases count.
